Are You Your Worst Enemy?

Are You Your Worst Enemy? I am my own worst enemy. When I began my journey to wellness, I always said when I weigh xxx I will be happy. The truth is I am 3 pounds up and down from that goal and I am not happy. I look at myself in the mirror and hate what I see. How My Husband Fixed His Cholesterol Levels Without Medication

How My Husband Fixed His Cholesterol Levels Without Medication. My husband has had issues with his cholesterol levels for most of his adult life. They were low and nothing we tried helped improve this until recently. Join me today and learn how my husband fixed his cholesterol levels without medication.

For over 20+ years I lived on the “weight loss roller coaster”. You know that roller coaster that goes way up and then way down and then when you finally think the ride is over you are in for another surprise. The interesting part is that I knew how to “follow the program” but I didn’t know how to “live the program”. This along with other factors lead to my “weight loss roller coaster ride”. Join me today and find out why most people fail at Weight Loss.

Are You Sabotaging Your Body Like I Did?
