My Kids are Home for the Summer

My Kids are Home for the Summer. School has been out for 2 weeks now and all my kids are home. Honestly, I was so glad when school was over so we could rest from all the hecticness. First week home the kids pretty much slept in. Now my kids are refreshed and full of energy and ready to have some summer fun. Are You Your Worst Enemy? I am my own worst enemy. When I began my journey to wellness, I always said when I weigh xxx I will be happy. The truth is I am 3 pounds up and down from that goal and I am not happy. I look at myself in the mirror and hate what I see. Instead of looking at how far I have come, I look at everything that is wrong with me that is hidden underneath the clothes. You know that part nobody ever sees (AKA lots of loose skin). I am struggling with this part of the journey right now and am working on transforming my mind. I am working on loving myself and seeing myself how God sees me.
