Dapper Dad Stamp Set Masculine Card

Dapper Dad Stamp Set Masculine Card is our featured masculine card.  This masculine card uses a new stamp set found in the Stampin’ Up! Spring Catalog.  I am excited that another masculine stamp set can be added to my collection.  This is a versatile stamp set that can be used for numerous occasions and in the weeks and months ahead I will be sharing various masculine cards you can create with this stamp set.

Dapper Dad Stamp Set Masculine CardDapper Dad Stamp Set Masculine Card was an easy card to create.  To begin the process, I chose the Well Worn Designer Series Paper.  The colors found in this designer series paper was perfect for a masculine card.  I decided to go with Early Espresso Card Stock for my base as it was a darker shade of the neutral tones found in the Designer Series Paper.  Then, I pulled out the Dark Rich Chocolate and Brushed Bronze Add a Little Dazzle Craft Metal Sheets to bring it altogether.

The Dapper Dad Stamp Set was the perfect fit for the look I was going for but I wanted to create more interest with the watch. In order to do that, I took a Stampin’ Up! Bottle Cap and I smashed it with the Big Shot to make it look more like a watch.  I think that touch along with the perfect color coordination brought this card together beautifully.  View the FREE PDF TUTORIAL so that you can recreate this card.  Make sure to come back tomorrow and learn how to smash bottle caps using the Big Shot.
