Are You Your Worst Enemy?

Are You Your Worst Enemy? I am my own worst enemy. When I began my journey to wellness, I always said when I weigh xxx I will be happy. The truth is I am 3 pounds up and down from that goal and I am not happy. I look at myself in the mirror and hate what I see. They were low and nothing we tried helped improve this until recently. Join me today and learn how my husband fixed his cholesterol levels without medication.

The interesting part is that I knew how to “follow the program” but I didn’t know how to “live the program”. This along with other factors lead to my “weight loss roller coaster ride”. Join me today and find out why most people fail at Weight Loss.

We Have Finally Started Living

We Have Finally Started Living. Never in my life did I ever envision that I would be where I am today. For the past couple of weeks, I have had some rude awakenings of what exactly I have done to myself and how it has affected my family.
